Faulty items

Please contact us should you believe you item to be faulty, broken or damaged or any other problem with delivery. We will respond to you within 24 hours. We may require a photograph of the issue. You are entitled to a refund (via original form of payment) or replacement if an item is faulty or damaged. 

We may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some products if there is no longer stock available.

  • Please note: you are not entitled to a refund if the goods have been lost or damaged after delivery, the item has been misused or we have no record of you purchasing the item from us.

Garment images

Regarding online images of our garments, we do our best to display the true colour of the garment. However as computer monitors and settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the garment, there may be a slight variation. A slight colour variation is not deemed a fault.
