Returns 

At Dressereal, we wish for you to have a divine shopping experience and to be elated with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item once you have received it, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit to use on alternative purchase.

Return requirements:

    • A return request must be made within 14 days of the order delivery date.

    • Merchandise must be brand new: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained (incl. no makeup marks) and unperfumed.

    • If merchandise came with a tag, it must be still attached. 

    • For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, PJ sets and nightdresses that come with a lingerie undergarment.

    • You must have purchased the item from us and can show proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).

Please note if your return does not adhere to the requirements we cannot accept the returnIf this is the case, there are many great reseller sites such as depop.com, poshmark.com and ebay.com that are easy to use and allow you to to charge shipping too, giving you a great return on your garment/s. 

If your return adheres to the above requirements, please contact us via email stating the item/s you wish to return and your date of purchase. Email: customercare@dressereal.com 

We will ask you to pack up the item/s and send them to our return's office. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and we suggest a form of tracking as Dressereal will not be responsible for any lost packages. 

We will issue a refund or store credit to you once the item/s have been received and checked for the condition as set out above. We will notify you when your refund payment has been issued. Once issued, a refund payment can take up to 10 business days to be credited back from Shopify Payments. With Paypal, refunds to credit/debit cards usually take 2-5 business days, however, can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. 

If the item/s are not in an acceptable condition (as per requirements listed above), you may pay for postage for us to return them to you, or we can give them to charity/dispose of them depending on the condition.

Please note: if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. 

Faulty items

Please contact us should you believe you item to be faulty, broken or damaged or any other problem with delivery. We will respond to you within 24 hours. We will require a photograph of the issue. You are entitled to a refund (via original form of payment) or replacement if an item is faulty or damaged. 

We may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some products if there is no longer stock available.

  • Please note: you are not entitled to a refund if the goods have been lost or damaged after delivery, the item has been misused or we have no record of you purchasing the item from us.

Garment images

Regarding online images of our garments, we do our best to display the true colour of the garment. However as computer monitors and settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the garment, there may be a slight variation. A slight colour variation is not deemed a fault.

 

Store credit

  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is valid for three years after the date of issue.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
